The service department at this dealership was a breath of fresh air,. I've been to other dealerships where their service departments just give you a smoke screen and basically charge you whatever the book says. These guys really work hard to give you the most value for your dollar. Shout out to my now permanent service manager Brianna! I can't thank her enough for the service she's provided for me! I brought my car 🚘 in for service for the first time this week at Shottenkirk Toyota because it is the closest dealership / service center to my current workplace. I wasn’t sure what to expect because there are so many mixed reviews. But I was due soon for my 15000 mile maintenance, and was hoping to get this done by or before August. Overall, I felt like the customer service was just as exceptional 🌟 as at Cavender Toyota and Universal Toyota. James Greene (one of the Assistant Service Managers) who checked me in for my 7 am appointment was really welcoming, friendly and courteous :) ! He updated me with both text messages and also by finding me in the huge waiting area. So I felt like he did his best to communicate both verbally in person, and also by text. The service technician 👨‍🔧 was also pretty great 🌟 about sending me a maintenance video link 📹 to my cell phone 📱 to show me what he found, and made it really easy and clear for me see what he immediately recommended. In addition to what was included for the 15000 mile maintenance under my Toyota Care Plan, I decided to go with their recommendations to replace the engine air filter and cabin / HEPA filter because I could tell from the video they shared of my car that these desperately needed to be replaced. Perhaps it’s because I made an early 7 am appointment on a Thursday, I was pretty happy that I was able to get my 15000 mile maintenance 👨‍🔧, and also get my cabin / HEPA filter and engine air filter, all completed within 1.5 hours 😃! If I had really wanted to, I could have taken up on using their complimentary shuttle 🚎 to get to and from work. But when James told me that the estimated wait time for the specified service on my car would be 1-2 hours, I just decided to wait in their waiting area, help myself to their hot complimentary coffee ☕️, and get some tasks done ✅ for work on my laptop 💻. There is plenty of seating, with sofa chairs 🛋️ and adjacent small tables around a TV 📺 if you would like to watch 👀 the movie 🎥 at the moment. And for parents who must bring their young children with them, there is a play area 🛝 to keep their children occupied 🙂! Any payment with a credit card 💳 would incur a 3% fee. I didn’t read reviews before making my appointment, or before bringing my car in. Unless you have read reviews by other clients about this, you only find this out when you come to the cashier station to pay, and there is a sign on the counter to notify you about the 3% credit card fee. I decided to use my debit card instead so I wouldn’t have to incur the fee that comes with a credit card transaction. China (the cashier) was super friendly and courteous, and checked me out 😃! In regards to servicing your vehicle 🚗 🛻 🚙, I would recommend this Toyota dealership 🙂!

I had lost total confidence in Toyota for any future services and would have not considered purchasing any Toyota vehicle because of that last negative experience alone. Received an oil change on my first visit and replaced my tires on the second visit. We had such a wonderful experience with Jhan Vazquez. I had called ahead of time to ask about a certain vehicle. Not only did they have the vehicle Mr. Jhan had read up on all the features safety and luxury. He bought ahead the vehicle out waiting for us. It is super HOT right now in Texas and we were so lucky that he didn’t have us walking all over the lot. Needless to say we purchased the Venza and I Love it!

Damian Salazar is the original salesman I had reached out to and was excellent keeping in touch even when i could only txt due to work. He kept me informed and was honest. After showing up an hour early he didn’t make us wait he instead referred another salesman who would take care of my wife and I. Taylor Gunnels was then introduced and was great! Not pushy or aggressive but very relaxed and honest . We gave them a price range for the vehicle and payment and they stuck to it. He worked with us on the truck we wanted and they treated us extremely well. I will definitely buy vehicles from them in the future.

I had a toyota camry se 2018, I absolutely loved my camry but I was having body work that needed fixing. I'm a busy single mom trying to balance school and work. I was initially sold a vehicle with undisclosed prior damage and had I been aware of this I’m confident I would have made a different purchasing decision or negotiated appropriate repairs and compensation, BUT after a conversation with the general manager all was made right. Back at Shottenkirk Toyota to get a recall done, and some other service work completed that overall took 5 hours. My Service Advisor was Aaron and he kept me well informed of the areas needing immediate attention, and areas that might need attention in 6 months to a year. I was able to get a ride home and back via their shuttle service (note there is a limit how far they will drive for drop/pickup). Overall, good customer service, good technician services, and fair prices (I did use some coupons to lower the cost). FYI: They started this some time back, but if you pay with a credit card, there is a 3% fee. Check and debit cards, no fee. December 2025 To to take care of a Prius maintenance light, which turn out to be a oil change. James was my service advisor and he does real well taking care of his customers. March 2025 I needed to visit Shottenkirk Toyota again for my car, which is a Prius, as it had a maintenance reminder light on the dash. My service advisor, JJ, took real good care of me and kept me informed, as needed. I maintenance process was quick, and the teams are working to reduce their customers wait times. JJ and the technicians did good work for me. I can't thank these guys enough, and I appreciate the good work and good service.
